-6-0 this season and 25 consecutive wins in a row including a state championship, not bad for a team without a pool! oopps, I forgot we said we wouldn't talk about that anymore.

-For those of you who think David Ely is just the fastest person on our team please look around. He's just one of the fastest swimmers anywhere. And I mean anywhere!

-After today's meet we have two huge meets left. PLEASE try and get to the Hadden meet. The kids will really need the support in enemy territory if we're going to keep the streak alive. They are a good team and have been waiting a year for revenge. They had not lost in 5 years prior to us beating them.

-The Naugatuck meet next Monday is also huge. They were state runner-up last year and asked us to make it the last meet of the year so both teams would be undefeated !! OK Naugatuck, be careful what you wish for !!

-The Naugatuck meet will be our senior night. The ceremony will be right after diving. Please attend and see if you can bring some Whisconier students to help cheer us on.

-I told you Matson and Meldon were going to be real good.

-Danny Palmiotto is just an amazing swimmer, if you don't believe me just watch him. He's never disappointing.

-The Marrese, Heidbreder and O'Leary sisters have sure scored a lot of points for us this season.

-I know he's my son but when a meets on the line I want Matt Reiff's intensity and skill on the block anytime, anywhere.

-Marise Cornelius is a heck of a nice sprinter

-I know nobody likes to lose but Kate O'Leary really takes that to a new level!!

-Brian Jones and Conor Dunn have very quietly had superb seasons so far.

-Its amazing what a real flip turn has done for Gabby Wortman.

-When you need a versatile swimmer to get the job done just turn to Rachel Lanchak and stop all the tinkering around.

-I think David Gustavson is stating to like this sport.

-Liam Woodcock is one of the nicest kids in the world and gives you effort everytime out.

-Hey, Moen, Sniffen, Wotman, and Farrell make a heck of a breaststroking problem for opponents don't they.

-Watch out for those DePoi sisters, they are definitely getting the hang of this swimming thing.

-Jessica Whalen has the best smile and attitude in the world. What a great selection for this team she was.

-Lauren Kincade is getting this backstroke thing going pretty well right now.

-Matt Sorena is always in a great mood and is getting awfully fast as well

-Alanna Poppe and Jamie Reiff are both improving by the meet!! Keep it up girls !

-Just when you might worry about the boys talent pool being depleted along comes Conor Collins, Michael Becker, Jordan Grossman, and Nathan Dembowski. Add Kyle Matson to the mix and that's a heck of a 5th grade class.

-All you have to do is wind Geri Buderwitz up and watch her go. It doesn't matter what stroke she's good at them all !!

-Lauren Hadden and Amber Murcott are very dedicated and there times are starting to show it.

-Hat's off to all the kids who came to the meet just to cheer knowing they weren't going to swim. David Ely, Carissa O'Leary, Matt Reiff, Rachel Lanchak, Gabby Wortman, Kim Craig, Katie Heidbreder. Hope I didn't miss anyone, Great job kids !!
